Drone Instructor Course

If you hold a drone licence (RPL) and are considering becoming an instructor, we offer a comprehensive full time Drone Instructor course. Once you have your instructor rating, you are eligible to train new pilots.

Course Content & Duration

The process of becoming a licensed drone pilot

• 12 hours ground school briefing
• 3 hours flying patter
• Complete an online Train the Trainer course

During flight patter you will assume the role of an instructor and our instructor will assume the role of a student. You will need to coach our instructor on how to operate a drone by means of verbal ques.

The duration of the course is normally 2 weeks full time. This, however, will vary from student to student, dedication and aptitude.

Course Fee includes: CAAZ licencing and course content.
